About

StageKonec lists stand-up comedy shows in South Africa in one place. We don’t sell tickets: every listing sends you to the platform that does, and we take no cut.

Where listings come from

Once a day we read the public comedy listings on Quicket, Webtickets and TIXSA, one page per second, with a User-Agent that names us and links here. Promoters and comedians also add shows themselves. Details change late, so check the ticket page before you travel.

Your details

• Submitting a show: we keep your email so we can ask about the listing, and your IP address to limit spam. Neither is published.
• Comedian accounts: we keep your email to sign you in, and what you tell us when claiming a profile, so a person can check it’s you.
• Reading the site: we count page views and clicks on ticket links without identifying you. No session recording, and Do Not Track is honoured.

We don’t sell or share any of this. To see or delete what we hold about you, contact us as above. This is how we meet South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
